Is JMAN mobile-friendly?  
Yes, JMAN works on desktops, tablets, and smartphones, so you and your team can manage jobs on the go.
Do I need technical knowledge to use JMAN?  
Not at all! JMAN is designed to be user-friendly and simple to use. We also offer free setup and training to help you get started quickly.
What happens if I need a feature that's not included?  
We are constantly improving JMAN based on user feedback. If your business has a specific requirement, let us know - we often build custom solutions or include popular requests in our regular system updates.
Can my workers see their own schedules?  
Yes! You can assign jobs to workers, and they can see their schedules, receive instructions, record work progress, upload photos, and more - all from their mobile phone, tablets or computers.
How does staff payroll work?  
JMAN tracks hours logged against jobs and automatically calculates pay based on the hourly rates you set. It also handles holiday and sick day tracking to keep your office organized.
Can I track materials in my van or warehouse?  
Absolutely. JMAN includes comprehensive stock control. You can track inventory across your warehouse, depo, or individual vans and set low-stock alerts so you never run out of essential parts.
How much does JMAN cost?

Can I create and send quotes and invoices?  
Yes! You can create, send, and manage quotes and invoices directly within JMAN. You can also track payment status and send reminders if needed.
What is the "Standard Website" offer?  
We want to help you grow. Every JMAN subscription includes the option of a professional, ready-to-go business website free of charge. It's the easiest way to establish an online presence and win more work.
Is my data secure?  
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage. Your information is stored securely and only accessible by authorized users.
How many jobs can I manage?  
We operate a Fair Usage Policy. This means we don't set "hard limits" that stop your work, but we ensure usage stays within reasonable levels for your plan tier to keep the system fast for everyone. We'll always discuss options with you if your needs grow.
What kind of support do you offer?  
We offer free setup and training, as well as ongoing support via phone, email, and remote sessions. We also continuously improve JMAN based on user feedback.

Absolutely! JMAN offers higher plans for more users and greater job volumes. You can upgrade anytime as your business expands.
