The software which powers this web site; including HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, some of the Flash presentations, server side programs, databases, SQL and SQL stored procedures belongs to VisioSoft and cannot be copied, used or given to a third party without written permission from VisioSoft.

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors (VisioSoft) be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

VisioSoft reserves the right to charge a usage licence fee or a full price at its discretion unless there is a separate written contract. If the user (the company) fails to pay within 1 month after an official invoice-notification is served VisioSoft reserves the right to cancel the right of usage of this software and cannot be held liable for any damages, including the loss of data and money, arising from this matter.
